Project Manager
Minimum/General Experience: Twelve (12) years experience of which (10) years are specialized in project management throughout the entire lifecycle of a project. From inception to deployment, management and control of funds and resources using automated project tools, and demonstrated capacity to manage in a large single task or multi-task environment.
Functional Responsibility: Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
  • Directs, plans, coordinates, and manages projects to ensure all requirements and obligations are satisfied
  • Acts as the single focal point to the customer
  • Responsible for all staffing, resource allocation, quality of deliverables, and supervision of all program/project personnel
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other technically related discipline.

    Telecommunications Specialist
    Minimum/General Experience: Ten (10) years experience in network architectures, wide area and local area networks, security perimeter design, and information security.
    Functional Responsibility: Responsibilities of the Communication Specialist include:
  • Acts as liaison with external customers for information exchange and connectivity requirements
  • Monitor and analyze network statistics to include availability and latency
  • Design and optimize network topologies and site configurations
  • Assist customers in compliance with Federal Information Security Management Act requirements, baseline security configurations, certification and accreditation, and risk assessment
  • Plans installations, transitions and cut-overs of network components and capabilities
  • Coordinates requirements with external customers for information exchange

    Senior Linguistic Analyst
    Minimum/General Experience: Eight (8) years experience with transliteration systems, name structures, spelling and sound patterns, computational linguistics, phonology, and morphology with an emphasis on Non-Western languages such as Arabic, Farsi, and prevalent languages of South Asia.
    Functional Responsibility: Responsibilities of the Senior Linguistic Analyst include:
  • Design and develop name search algorithms and multi-cultural dictionaries
  • Work with software engineers to incorporate search algorithms into information systems
  • Conduct Testing activities of name search algorithms
  • Develop required documentation
  • Minimum Education: Masters Degree in related field

    Senior Database Programmer
    Minimum/General Experience: Ten (10) years experience in the overall design and implementation of database information systems
    Functional Responsibility: Responsibilities of the Senior Database Programmer include:
  • Design and develop database information systems using structured query language (SQL) on multiple software and hardware environments
  • Conduct database configuration functions to tune and refine database performance per customer requirements
  • Act as liaison with network and security teams in areas of data management, connectivity, and network access
  • Conduct configuration control of data elements within the customer enterprise
  • Design, Develop, and implement integration plans for delivery of database applications

  • Conduct requirements analysis of database applications to capture customer needs

  • Develop documentation on database design, work flow, connectivity, and data element utilization

    Senior Software Engineer
    Minimum/General Experience: Twelve (12) years experience in the design, development, implementation, operation and maintenance, testing and validation of computer system software. Eight (8) years experience in managing/administering the software engineering functions detailed below.
    Functional Responsibility: Responsibilities of the Senior Software Engineer include:
  • Manage all facets of software development, test, integration, and deployment throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Conduct complete and accurate requirements gathering and develop detailed documentation on specifications and implementation approach
  • Implement and manage structured programming techniques during software development and integration
  • Conduct analysis of algorithms, performance factors, hardware platform considerations, and cost analysis during the development lifecycle
  • Test and validate software modules, module integration and system performance
  • Analyze and evaluate the need for new software or the modification of existing software. Validate consequent software performance
  • Minimum Education: Master’s Degree in a discipline such as Computer Science, Information or Resource Management, Mathematics, Electronic Engineering or Business Management/Administration is required with appropriate cross training or equivalent experience in associated disciplines.

  • Execute organizational polices on data backup, system recovery, and system monitoring

  • Acts as a resource for all users
  • Organizes appropriate training

    Senior Quality Assurance Tester
    Minimum/General Experience: Seven (7) years experience of which five (5) years must be specialized in configuration management, verification and validation, software testing and integration and software metrics and their application to software quality assessment. General experience includes increasing responsibilities in quality assurance, quality control and team leader responsibilities.
    Functional Responsibility: Responsibilities of the Senior Quality Assurance Tester include:
  • Establishes and maintains a process for evaluating software and associated documentation
  • Determines the resources required for quality control
  • Maintains the level of quality throughout the software life cycle
  • Conducts formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Physical Science or other technically related discipline.
